Where do I find pricing for a category that I have elected into?
Once a member has elected into a category via the Exhibit D, pricing can be found within the Member Portal. In the Member Portal, click on the ‘Categories’ dropdown and then ‘My Categories’. Click on the relevant category. Under the ‘Price File Details’ section there is a link named ‘Staples Workplace Essentials Pricing’. There a price file can be found. Where do I find locations rostered under my membership?
Locations can be found within the Member Portal. On the top ribbon within the Member Portal click on ‘Locations’. The list will show all active locations (locations eligible for CoreTrust pricing). Note there is a column showing which location is the primary/corporate location. The corporate location is denoted by a check mark. If there are locations that need to be added, there is a box on the right to do so. If there is a large list of locations that need to be add, changed or deleted, please contact gethelp@coretrustpg.com.
Where can I find rebate check reports?
Rebate reports can be found within the Member Portal. On the top ribbon within the Member Portal click on ‘Rebate Reports’. Then click on a link named ‘Company Name – Rebate Reports’. Each file is backup reporting for each check that has been cut. If you have questions on the reporting, please contact gethelp@coretrustpg.com.
Where can I find the Master Service Agreement for a category I have elected into?
For confidentiality reasons, Master Service Agreements are not in the Member Portal. You can request to view a Master Service Agreement through the Account Executive assigned to your company or you can email gethelp@coretrustpg.com
